Shake 411: Rocks and planks

May 21, 2011

Claim your Galway snowman!

I’ve been accused of living under a rock a couple of times in my life and again, I ticked the box this week. When Em mentioned the significance of the Queen’s 4 day trip to Ireland, it was news to me. Wow, the first state visit by a British monarch since 1922! We love a bit of reconciliation. These royals are selling papers this month.

If there’s anyone that really stays on top of those rocks, it’s my father-in-law. He’s current. He’s so current that he celebrated his birthday with some planking! Happy birthday Desi!

The Des plank!

My milk froth was like a dream today!

That’s hilarious (the planking) but incredibly dangerous. He could have stubbed his nose.

Things got a little crazy later in the evening with Desi attempting a head facing downstairs plank (6.2 degree of difficulty)… very close to a stubbed nose!
